Let our dedicated and experienced technicians give your bike some TLC. We have two dedicated repair workstations operating every weekday and aim to get your bike back to you within 48 hours. For anything other than very minor tasks, we run an appointment system, call us to book. Once we have the bike here, we will assess it thoroughly and contact you with a no-obligation quote.

Everyone in our workshop is a bike rider. We care about bikes and know where you are coming from. With years of experience across all disciplines, there isn’t much we haven’t seen before. Whether it’s vintage 3 speed or SRAM AXS, your bike is in safe hands.
We care about quality, not quantity
The quality of our work is paramount. Sure, we could probably schedule more jobs and get through them quicker, but we choose not to. We are not prepared to compromise on that. All repairs are under warranty for 3 months.

Yes, we bang on about quality, but that doesn’t necessarily mean high prices. We stock a range of components at all price points, will always discuss the work with you first and understand that not everyone has £100’s to spend on their bike.

We are not a bike shop. We are not locked in to selling certain brands. We don’t have sales managers chasing targets. We can offer impartial guidance and make sure that you not only get the repair you need, but the best deal too.

I’d just like to say a massive ‘Thank You’ to the boys and girls at Cardiff Cycle workshop. They’ve done absolute wonders for my bike over the years! It’s was an old heavy Peugeot which I bought from new in about 1990. Although I used it regularly, it was getting too heavy for me, so the team changed the wheels for ones that were much lighter; put some super duper tyres on them, and on top of that, replaced the old hard saddle for a brand new very comfortable one. I make sure that I get my bike serviced regularly with them too. Such a friendly bunch too-always time for a chat. There is nothing they don’t know about bikes. Highly recommended!
